Vertical_Orientation has been a UCD enumerated property since Unicode 10.0 and is useful for implementing UAX #50 vertical layout. Would exposing it, perhaps as vertical_orientation(chr), fit the scope of unicodedata2, or is keeping strict parity with CPython's unicodedata intentional?
