Goal

Verify causal rope remains usable on a large buffer in the real UI path.

Acceptance criteria

  • Large file open uses graph rope import.
  • Navigation and visible-window reads do not materialize whole-file authority.
  • Repeated edits keep memory and latency within documented budget.
