Slice: Import file bytes into BufferWorldline and initial RopeHead

Goal

Open files as graph-backed rope facts instead of full-string roots.

Acceptance criteria

• File bytes become content-addressed TextBlob facts.
• Rope leaves and branches are built from those blobs.
• Initial RopeHead and BufferWorldline facts are admitted.
• Import can create a causal anchor/checkpoint without pretending old snapshot history is real rope history.
