Slice: Install graph rope runtime as Jim default text authority

Goal

Make installed Jim construct graph-backed rope authority by default.

Acceptance criteria

• createInstalledJeditContractEchoTransport uses graph rope authority by default.
• Full-snapshot fixture is never constructed by default product wiring.
• Product construction tests fail if fixture authority appears without explicit test opt-in.
