Slice: Inventory every product text authority path

Goal

Produce a concrete inventory of every product path that can create, read, mutate, save, export, or explain buffer text.

Acceptance criteria

• Inventory covers installed transports, workspace buffer state, command handlers, save/export, source rendering, :why, and tests that exercise product wiring.
• Each path is classified as causal rope authority, materialized projection, fixture, migration/import, or forbidden.
• Follow-up blockers are linked as issues rather than left as prose.

Hard rule

No product path may treat a full materialized string as text authority.
