release: migrate public namespace to dev.flextrack

Summary

Rebrands the public Kotlin and Android namespace for the 1.0.1 release.

Changes

• Migrates all public packages from dev.taghizadeh.flextrack to dev.flextrack
• Changes the Android library namespace to dev.flextrack
• Changes Maven coordinates to dev.flextrack:flextrack:1.0.1
• Updates the sample application ID and imports
• Adds migration guidance and updates release documentation

Compatibility

This is a source-breaking package rename. Consumers of 1.0.0 must replace imports beginning with dev.taghizadeh.flextrack with dev.flextrack. Runtime and Core Spec behavior are unchanged.
