release: prepare Kotlin 1.0 sample and package publishing

Summary

Prepares FlexTrack Kotlin 1.0.0 for demonstration, documentation, and publication through GitHub Packages.

Changes

• Sets the SDK version to 1.0.0
• Adds a runnable Android sample application
• Demonstrates event creation, routing, tracker registration, consent, and delivery
• Uses the durable offline queue in the sample
• Adds installation and Quick Start documentation
• Updates the changelog for version 1.0.0
• Adds Maven GitHub Packages configuration
• Adds a tag-based release workflow
• Verifies that the Git tag matches the SDK version before publication

Publication

After this PR is merged, pushing the v1.0.0 tag will:

1. Build and test the library
2. Run Android lint
3. Generate the Release AAR
4. Publish dev.taghizadeh.flextrack:flextrack:1.0.0 to GitHub Packages

Verification

• Complete repository build passes
• Library Debug and Release tests pass
• Sample Debug and Release builds pass
• Library and sample lint pass
