- add shared Runtime MVP fixtures and Kotlin conformance tests
- verify offline queueing, partial delivery and selective retry
- add durable FileEventQueue tests on a physical Android device
- prevent duplicate delivery during concurrent flush operations
- protect queue snapshots from external mutation
- verify lifecycle rollback and idempotent shutdown
- test debug logging privacy and release behavior
- add Compose delivery screen instrumentation tests
- update AndroidX Test dependencies for Android 16 compatibility
- document Flutter–Kotlin parity and platform-specific differences
