- add persistent offline event queue and selective retry
- add consent-aware routing and runtime lifecycle handling
- add debug-only structured Logcat diagnostics
- expose event payloads in verbose debug mode
- explain skipped routing decisions and unavailable trackers
- guarantee tracker initialization before sample event dispatch
- add Compose sample screens with MVVM, Hilt and DataStore
