feat: sync SDK-generated CLI

Summary

• update go-flashduty to the SDK contract-sync commit from go-flashduty#36
• regenerate all API command surfaces and Flashduty skill command cards
• add incident sdp-request-list and template Feishu card-table flags
• align diagnostics, alert-rule, datasource, and status-page help with the published contract

Compatibility

This intentionally removes the obsolete monit tools-catalog --include-output-shape flag, matching the upstream API contract removal.

Verification

• generator and command-card idempotence
• make check-cards
• make (gofmt, gci, golangci-lint, race tests, build)
• built CLI help checks for template create, incident sdp-request-list, and removed diagnostics flag
• uncommitted and full-branch reviews
