Since coveralls==4.0.2, there is no longer a restriction of versions of python 3.13+, so it is safe to use higher versions when resolving.
Dynamic generation was not working because of pyproject.toml configuration, and an ImportError when importing versions
Use pip install editable to skip rebuilding the cffi modules Use package manager meson for faster installs

At runtime the value corresponds to the protocol proxy class and not to the Proxy wrapper in protocol_core
Request in protocol files require the proxy version of the interface at runtime so lets annotate that instead

There have been reports of issues because an update has not arrived yet. Here is everything needed to stabilize the packaging and push a new update to PyPi.
