Since coveralls==4.0.2, there is no longer a restriction of versions of python 3.13+, so it is safe to use higher versions when resolving.

These are just minor improvements to conform with flacjacket/pywlroots#245 changes I added in the other repo.
Plus, it prevents the injection of default arguments in
mypyby emptying the array.
