bump.yml raises the highest vX.Y.Z tag and starts release.yml on it (shared bump-version, tag-only mode, replacing github-tag-action). release.yml runs the tests, builds the add-on with the version from the tag, publishes it to repository.sendtokodi as before and now also creates a GitHub release with the ZIP.
