The government/legal sources interview study (survey u90t8) is retired. Removes the shared snippet, its imports, and both render sites (features/monitoring.mdx, features/search.mdx). Localized copies sync via locadex. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
