Bumps the version to 0.2.3 everywhere scripts/check-versions.sh looks and adds the release notes. Tag v0.2.3 on main after merge.

Spreadsheet form-control checkboxes that were previously dropped now render as “[x]”/“[ ]” with captions; hidden controls remain hidden, and the model introduces a checkbox node.

• List model change: ListItem.checked is removed. Detect task items by a leading checkbox node instead.
• Node users must install the @firecrawl/anydoc 0.2.3 native/WASI bindings; with NAPI_RS_ENFORCE_VERSION_CHECK set, older bindings will throw a version mismatch. Reinstall dependencies to update.
• After merge, tag main with v0.2.3.
