The following actions were upgraded, pinned to the corresponding commits: * actions/checkout@v7 * actions/download-artifact@v8 * actions/setup-node@v7 * actions/upload-artifact@v7 The immediate rationale for this change is to fix the "Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24" warnings posted during github actions runs. Some other actions also need upgrading, but these are the lowest risk. The other actions can be upgraded in separate PRs.
