This pull request implements support for the
@allmember mention feature, allowing OWNER and ADMIN users to mention all claimed members of a family in posts and comments. The implementation spans the database schema, backend, and frontend, ensuring that@allis treated as a structured, role-gated mention type, with correct notification fan-out, deduplication, and rendering. The changes also update tests and acceptance criteria to cover the new behavior.Database and Schema Changes:

@allmentions, ensuring correct authorization (OWNER/ADMIN only), recipient expansion, deduplication, and notification fan-out, while preserving existing mention notification types and behavior.Frontend Authoring and Rendering:
@allfor eligible users, display it as a special token, and handle it in all relevant UI and data mapping locations.Testing and Acceptance:
