TensorFlow installation by pip requires cuDNN v6 (See: https://www.tensorflow.org/versions/r1.3/install/install_windows#requirements_to_run_tensorflow_with_gpu_support). To prevent clashes this code has been upadted to intall CUDA v8 and cuDNN v6.
