Defect: Params editor Apply loses keyboard focus

Summary

After applying params, the dialog closes and focus lands on <body>. Escape and Cancel return focus correctly, so this appears specific to Apply.

Fixed in commit a78341a.

What changed:

• After the params editor Apply action closes and the schema row rerenders, focus is restored to that row's Edit params button instead of falling back to the document body.
• Added shared schema controller regression coverage so applying params through the dialog verifies the row params value and focus restoration together.

Validation passed:

• Targeted params/schema Jest suite
• pnpm run verify:ui
• pnpm run verify:local
