Context
OpenCode V2 (stable since 2026) ships a new plugin API. V1 plugin implementations (like this plugin's, using @opencode-ai/plugin) do not run in V2 — see the migration guide: https://opencode.ai/v2/docs/build/plugins/migrate-v1
Current state
- This repo's plugin (v2.2.2) is V1-only: pure V1 API (
@opencode-ai/plugin, tool() helper, tool.execute.before hooks, export default (input) => {...}).
- No
server() + setup() hybrid export, so the same package cannot run in both V1 and V2.
Request
Is there a plan to port this plugin to the V2 plugin API? The dual-export hybrid pattern (server() for V1 + setup() for V2, exports from opencode/server and opencode/setup) allows one package to support both — a good interim until V1 is fully dropped.
If maintainer capacity is an issue, I'm happy to help with the port (PR). Thanks for the great plugin!
