Improves the README for public hiring/evidence review by documenting the CVEfixes pair-construction pipeline, prompt/inference architecture, quickstart, author contribution, and limitations. Adds a lightweight CI workflow that verifies source compilation, prompt rendering, paired metrics, and notebook JSON validity without requiring the private CVEfixes DB or GPU inference.
