Replaces the full xatu_sentry_config override with the collection's assembled-config vars (gloas subscriptions, committee/duty streams, output tuning). group_vars/xatu.yaml and xatu_sentry.yaml bind to inventory groups terraform never emits — dead config, deleted. Requires ethpandaops/ansible-collection-general#566.

Stacked on #42. Replaces the full
xatu_sentry_configoverride with the collection's new assembled-config leaf vars — same rendered semantics (gloas subscriptions, committees/duties on, queue/worker tuning, ntpServer viaxatu_sentry_config_extra) without forking the whole config, so future role additions flow through. Deletesgroup_vars/xatu.yamlandxatu_sentry.yaml, which bind to inventory groups terraform never emits.Requires ethpandaops/ansible-collection-general#566 and a
./install_dependencies.shbefore the next ansible apply. No urgency to apply to the fleet — the running config is already correct from #42's rollout; the next routine apply picks this up (expect one sentry restart from key reordering).
