We're trying to standardize the Estuary product name to "Estuary" rather than "Estuary Flow" or "Flow." This update changes the readme, comments, and other non-code references to Flow. (
flowctlandflow.yamlare, of course, fine, as well as other standard usages likeflow_publicationandflow_slot. These instances are considered to relate to data flows rather than Estuary Flow.)
