Rebase the migration onto current main, delete leftover study workflows, and fix the docs build so mkdocs --strict no longer follows a missing local spec path.

What was wrong
This branch had diverged from
main. It carried its own copies of the execution-challenge commits that later landed as #62 with different SHAs, plus it was missing #61 and #64. A normal push looked up to date while GitHub reportedahead 3 / behind 3, so the PR could not be merged or updated cleanly.Fix
Rebased the single migration commit onto current
main(95a03ca, including the MNCDS pointer extraction). Study workflow delete/modify conflicts were resolved by keeping the deletions. Force-updatedmigration/extract-reference-studies.Destination import is already merged: epi13/mncs-reference-studies#2
