Replace setup-php/setup-ruby (which reject Linux Mint) with the pre-installed system toolchains: shim php+composer to the requested version via PATH, use system Ruby. No sudo needed at job time. Reverting: skillr stays public, so it keeps GitHub-hosted runners (ubuntu-latest) rather than the self-hosted runner, which shouldn't be exposed to public-repo fork PRs. |
