What: Extended the existing fast path optimization in the BINARY_OP macro, which previously only covered integer ADD, to also handle integer SUBTRACT and MULTIPLY operations for TYPE_INT32 operands using GCC builtins. Why: These common arithmetic operations were previously bypassing the initial fast path and falling back to a slower execution path that unnecessarily evaluated string pointer resolution and IS_NUMERIC checks before reaching the generic integer handling switch block. Impact: Reduces execution overhead in hot loops involving integer subtraction and multiplication, improving overall execution performance for purely numeric operations without sacrificing correctness. Measurement: Can be verified by profiling heavily numerical bytecode tasks before and after the change; execution time should be measurably reduced.
