Just a fun little thing. We've replaced Blurhash at work with this LQIP method.

Feel free to postpone merging until after v1.0 - or not at all - if you feel this is out of scope for the library.

Thats really great - LQIP has been on my to-do list for ages. And I had no idea that much of the work could be done in CSS. Thanks for doing that!
