Expose portable terminal snapshot encoding and native/Wasm restoration in libghostty, including one-shot and incremental history decoding, continuation retention, owned input buffers, and lifecycle-safe terminal handoff. This also syncs the Ghostty source and bindings, updates compatible dependencies, fixes generated documentation analysis, and adds focused native and Wasm coverage.
