Summary
This PR addresses #6000 with the following changes:
explore-analyze/discover/background-search.md: Added a new bullet documenting the Inspect action in the "Reopen or manage background searches" section. Selecting Inspect from the More actions menu opens a child flyout showing the configuration for that background search. Scoped tostack: ga 9.5, serverless: gato match availability.Resolves
Closes #6000
