…CKET] Substitui o gatilho por tag manual por pull_request_target: ao mergear um PR no master com a label "release", o workflow publica a versão do package.json no npm, cria a tag v<versão> e o GitHub Release. Idempotente por tag (não republica versão já liberada). Mantém workflow_dispatch. Bump para 0.1.1 para validar a automação de ponta a ponta.
