Fixes the current R2 P0 provenance gap by removing the stale hard-coded source SHA from the canonical-artifact job. The job now checks out and verifies the exact triggering SHA, names the uploaded artifact with that SHA, and fails if expected provenance files are missing. No deployment or unrelated refactor.
