Scope

Establish the canonical stable product identity and product→target binding for the existing WEBFORGE reference/demo Vercel target. Production deployment is explicitly forbidden and not performed.

Changes

• Add config/products/webforge-reference.json as the versioned canonical stable product specification with an exact brand-neutral reference brief and SHA-256 input digest.
• Add config/product-target-bindings/webforge-reference.json as the versioned product→Vercel-target/artifact-class binding.
• Add deterministic contract tests that verify stable identity, input digest, exact target binding, reference-demo semantics, and that config/production-target.json remains hosting-target-only.

• Does not promote VANTA to a production product.
• Does not designate this target as WEBFORGE platform/Control Room production.
• Does not cover customer products.
• Does not implement full artifact/build provenance or artifact byte hashing.
• No production deployment.
• No branch-governance changes.

Validation

Full repository CI required before merge/promotion.
