Just a notice though.
The ReleasePrecheckService exists only in TestEnv and it's part of the new release process that will be deployed solo next month.
Along with that, CheckBlockersDataSnapshotCommand is also different in the other environments. The JobVo that initializes the Release job on all the other envs is created with status IN_PROGRESS and not QUEUED as it is here.

This change adds support for filtering and displaying jobs by data provider name (in addition to the existing providerId) on the job monitoring screen.
