docs(judge): name Bazantic in the row that already links it - #31

The Links table already pointed at the gateway-and-recipe section, but under a label describing what it does rather than who it runs on -- so the word "Bazantic" appeared nowhere in this file. A judge from the second partner opening "For judges" and scanning for their own name found nothing, and could reasonably conclude the integration was not there. One row relabelled. No new section: this page is a 30-second read built around the Hedera claim, and a second partner does not belong in the narrative -- only in the index of things to click.

Short answer to "does JUDGE.md need Bazantic?": one word, not a section.
The Links table already pointed at the gateway-and-recipe section — but under a label describing what it does rather than who it runs on, so the string "Bazantic" appeared nowhere in the file:
A judge from the second partner opening "For judges" and scanning for their own name found nothing, and could reasonably conclude the integration wasn't there.
No new section, deliberately. This page is a 30-second read built around the Hedera claim; a second partner doesn't belong in the narrative — only in the index of things to click. Same reasoning that closed #30.
