chore: remove deprecated gradle flags

Gradle 9.x had a bug with built-in Kotlin and some annotation plugins were not working, forcing us to retain many deprecated flags and forbidding the project from using compose.

This PR upgrade Kotlin from 2.2.10 to 2.2.20 where this bug was patched.
