[server-preset] Update to latest codegen packages, apply contentComparison

• adds contentComparison: disk to resolver files generated by the Server Preset to ensure resolver file content checked against disk, not in-memory cache. Related PR
• brings in @graphql-codegen/plugin-helpers@7.3.0 for overwrite at generates preset level fix
