BlueChi is not maintained/testing on CS9 anymore, so let's remove all CS9 based build targets from packit. Signed-off-by: Martin Perina <mperina@redhat.com>
Recently all builds for s390x platforms were stuck most probably due to not having enough working servers, which blocked merging PRs. As both s390x and ppc64le are not interesting platforms for BlueChi let's remove the builds from CI. Signed-off-by: Martin Perina <mperina@redhat.com>
