Summary

  • add a Node SEA standalone CLI build with packaged schemas and ERP example assets
  • build and smoke-test versioned binaries on macOS arm64/x64, Linux x64, and Windows x64
  • assemble checksum-verified GitHub Release assets under a least-privilege workflow
  • document direct binary installation, supported systems, signing limits, and npm/source alternatives

Verification

  • Node 20, 22, and 24.18.0: 178/178 tests pass on each runtime
  • macOS arm64 SEA build, full binary smoke, codesign verification, and architecture check pass locally
  • OpenDomain validation: 26 documents pass with one known stale Candidate warning
  • OpenSpec validation: 9/9 items pass
  • npm pack dry-run: 59 consumer files; no private OpenSpec or standalone maintainer scripts
  • independent final review: no P0-P3 findings

Release boundary

This PR adds build and validation capability only. It does not publish an npm version, create a GitHub Release, or create the Homebrew Tap.
