Also update backup and restore image, else we can't create or restore backups anymore. postgresql-client-18 is not yet available in the debian repositories. The postgres 18 container wants that the volume is mounted to /var/lib/postgresql instead of /var/lib/postgresql/data. Signed-off-by: BacLuc <lucius.bachmann@clubpage.ch>
With the change of digitalocean to the postgres service, you must be owner of the database to create extensions. digitalocean seems hesitant to revert to its previous behavior. For that to work, the DATABASE_ADMIN_URL needs an existing database in the url, else we have the error that the database to connect to doesn't exist. fixes ecamp#9857
