Synchronize English and Russian v1 references and workflows with implemented code. Document preview-first verified v0 migration, historical lock integrity and explicit limitations. Update policy exclusions, unstable filtering, baseline refs and ignore ownership. Preserve explicit project selection and per-plugin with_imports; remove unsupported shared-policy, package-selection and namespace guarantees. Replace stale migration and CI examples without altering publication workflows. Validated all 48 changed MDX pages through the complete site type check and production build. Documented unimplemented contracts remain explicitly reserved.
Cover default-no prompts, Ctrl+C/EOF, unchanged files, independent dependency authorization, historical integrity, source edits, and preserved noninteractive usage.
Document nonzero listing errors, reachable imports, indirect promotion, exact managed value types, init terminal requirements and declared Git identity in both locales. Type checks and production webpack build passed. No publishing configuration changed.
