[25517] Change JavaScript engine to Mozilla Rhino

Description

This PR changes the JavaScript engine used for evaluating constant expressions to Mozilla Rhino, which has a license compliant with the Apache 2.0 license used in this project.

Depends On:

• Fix generated code for verbatim annotation and more fixes comming from idl-parser #599
• [25517] Change JavaScript engine to Mozilla rhino (backport #203) IDL-Parser#204
• [25517] Be explicit when taking rhino engine IDL-Parser#210
