fix: use selected Trick & Treat Halloween artwork

Summary

• remove the malformed custom ghost Lottie asset
• use the exact Trick & Treat artwork selected from LottieFiles
• keep it decorative, subtle, and non-interactive
• retain the existing CSS fog, cobweb, glow, bats and pumpkins

Note

The selected LottieFiles page exposes the preview artwork publicly, but the downloadable animation file itself is not available through the unauthenticated page response. This PR therefore stops rendering the broken custom animation and uses the exact selected artwork while the original downloadable asset is obtained separately.
