This is a Google Chrome extension to track time spent on websites, and displays the time spent in a table by clicking on the extension's icon.
This is currently not on the Chrome store, so you will have to download the extension from here. To run this, go into Chrome and click More : > More Tools > Extensions. Then enable Developer Mode and click Load Unpacked, then select this folder.
