PHP repair follow-through
Refs durable-workflow/workflow#878 and durable-workflow/workflow#905.
Adopt published Core 2.11.1 / 30974a3c07932e8d7e026b7fdd4bb3a27eda082b. All 17 published-package/platform/Laravel verification jobs in 39782710469 pass. This brings the UTC6 task-repair cutoff correction into the PHP Server dependency.
Prepare Server 2.11.2 / Helm 0.3.2 through the existing release synchronizer. Composer updates exactly one package; all other package versions/references stay unchanged. The standard generated defaults span 25 files. Local Composer schema/lock validation and release synchronization pass; Composer reports no security advisories and retains its expected exact-version-pin warning.
The first exact candidate
4c9e535fpassed all applicable normal checks. Current candidate 5f1f1cb / whole 415e564724324452ae974fc43890c797071d6727 incorporates reviewed main 17dc12c, including the separately owned image-toolchain trust fix #672. Native, shared fixtures, runner, OpenAPI, Dockerfile, trust verifiers and release workflow match that main exactly. The remaining diff is the original PHP dependency and generated release/chart metadata. No earlier checks qualify this combined tree. Draft audit #901 is not included.Normal exact-head gates, immutable image publication, a fresh original 30-second worker-loss/replacement and cold-result check, actual Waterline expiry-reason acceptance and Sample follow-through remain required. The preceding failed installed original is preserved as failed. This source PR alone does not complete issue #878.
