Supports durable-workflow/waterline#141.
Adds a bounded operator observation for a current or explicit run, using
published Workflow 2.4.5. It returns scalar run metadata, projected waits,
the first 50 parent and child links with independent outcomes, and the ten
most recent failure references and a 200-event history page by default.
It does not load complete run/child histories,
application input/output or a cancellation tree.
Namespace and instance/run identity remain enforced. An invalid stored current
pointer is unavailable, with no latest-run guess or pointer repair. Full command
validation and existing describe/debug/history APIs retain their contracts.
Configured observers without the optional method return an explicit 501.
At most 20 named context search attributes can be requested, with none read by
default. The operator routes use the existing HTTP JSON control-plane envelope.
History cursors authenticate the selected run and preserve their original sequence
ceiling. Recent failures provide a direct supporting-event cursor. External
payload references remain opaque, with no download or application-value decoding.
The control-plane OpenAPI document advances to version 12 for these additive
routes. Its catalog identity and HTTP protocol version are unchanged.
Focused PHP 8.3 checks against the actual published dependency pass five cases /
261 assertions. A fixture with 101 children and large parent/child histories
retrieves 52 scalar run models and 203 history records, bounded by the history
page, startup record and primary failure header. Namespace/pointer isolation,
original cursor boundaries, pruning, attribute selection and custom observer
compatibility are covered. The test application key is corrected to a valid
32-byte fixture key for authenticated cursor checks. Syntax and Pint pass.
Prepares Server 2.5.5 and Helm 0.1.142. Required normal source checks, publication,
exact image verification and the published Waterline/PHP SDK consumer remain.
PHP SDK adapter: durable-workflow/sdk-php#103.
