Update embedded Workflow to 2.4.2 and prepare Server 2.5.2

Changes

Update the embedded Workflow package to published 2.4.2 at
4fcb23622147dd2c1f92e461e927577092120bb8.

Prepare Server 2.5.2 and Helm 0.1.139 through the existing source release
manifest. All generated image references use the same release version.

This carries the configured namespace and PHP schedule start corrections from
durable-workflow/workflow#617, plus the queued PHP workflow recovery corrections
from durable-workflow/workflow#607 and durable-workflow/workflow#620. No portable
protocol or SDK version change is required.

Align the shipped namespace and schedule scenario manifests with the installed
platform suite version 47. Correct older schedule test fixture evidence and API
assertions to match the existing runner's current SDK calls and its explicit
refusal of unsupported worker affinity. The production runner is unchanged.

Qualification

Workflow's complete merged-main gate passed. A fresh Packagist consumer passed
15 namespace cases / 223 assertions, including actual workflow execution,
namespace-scoped visibility, schedules and unchanged records after rejected
conflicting starts. The three real Redis queue regressions passed 38 assertions.

Affected Server features pass 668 tests / 5,691 assertions against the installed
package. The broader local selection found old conformance metadata and tests
that normal feature CI did not select. All 106 focused contract tests / 1,244
assertions pass with Node and Python available and no skipped cases. They now
run in the existing feature CI job to prevent this drift from returning.

All normal exact-head feature, polling smoke, replay/query HTTP, rolling memo and
Helm lint/install checks passed. Merged at
ce14b0c20ba1c9486138a0baf830b567e5ee0e36 with the same qualified tree. The
merged remote branch is deleted and verified absent.

All merged-main checks pass. Server 2.5.2 and Helm 0.1.139 are published and
verified on both registries and architectures in
release run 37487218826,
including first-run readiness, source-free Compose and anonymous chart install.

It passes all 14 namespace scenarios, all 15 schedule scenarios and all 12
PHP/Python/Rust lifecycle cells,
with no findings. Sample App's published consumers and Site PR162's live
installation pins/namespace guides are verified. Completed task resources are
removed. Workflow #617 records the complete downstream delivery.
