Purpose
Publish PHP SDK 2.2.0 for shared cancellation #136.
This updates the release identity, exact qualified Server version and quickstart contract to stable 2.2.0 / Server 2.5.0. Cancellation implementation matches published 2.2.0-rc.1.
The current PHPStan 2.3.0 check identified unreachable code in the existing poll retry loop. Express the same single transient-connection retry with a boolean and remove its unreachable fallback. Preserve the original request body and terminal-conflict handling. Existing client-contract, connection-recovery and storage-admission cases run in the PHP 8.1–8.4 matrix before merge.
Registry-only mixed cancellation passed 236 assertions. The PHP parent and Python child finished Cancelled with completed cleanup 19.185557 seconds after the original request, before its original 30-second deadline. Actual activity stop without application heartbeats, cleanup-worker SIGKILL/replay, stale result fencing, duplicate identity/deadline and API/CLI inspection passed.
Keep draft until normal checks pass and stable Server 2.5.0 is published. Then merge, publish the exact stable package and verify the stable consumer tuple. This ordering keeps stable portal instructions installable. Shared #136 remains open through published stable conformance.
