Reviewed the single-package Composer update, exact published reference, matching generated assets and current tuple. The fresh Laravel and browser checks pass. Normal checks and native published-image qualification remain required before delivery.

Consume published Waterline 2.3.1 from exact source
bd2efba8e2afef590ff87960da6a1cdb41963704for the dashboard, runtime observation and Ukrainian duration fixes in durable-workflow/waterline#152, #151 and #154.No other package or runtime version changes.
