Changes

Update the application and microservice embedded Workflow locks and their shared artifact tuple entry from 2.3.4 to
published 2.4.2 at 4fcb23622147dd2c1f92e461e927577092120bb8. Keep the existing
^2.0 constraint. The remote Server and SDK entries keep their existing versions.

This delivers the configured namespace and PHP schedule start corrections from
durable-workflow/workflow#617 and the queued PHP recovery corrections from
durable-workflow/workflow#607 and durable-workflow/workflow#620 to fresh Sample App
installations. Waterline uses this installed embedded runtime. Its package and the
portable SDKs do not need version changes.

Qualification

The exact published Workflow package passed 15 namespace cases / 223 assertions
and three real Redis queue regressions / 38 assertions in a fresh consumer.

Final source efb3ee9c3418affe03502d9abcc10fe6053c95d1 passes application and
microservice PHP 8.4/8.5 checks, published Compose smoke, PHP/Python/Rust polyglot
smoke and the candidate image build. Both embedded locks match the tuple.

Merged at 1afd0e223bbad6190f7f04a4af1f54bc8df26646 with the same qualified
tree. The merged remote branch is deleted and its absence verified. Main PHP,
Compose and polyglot checks passed. The published image passed anonymous-pull and
artifact checks on amd64 and arm64, then both registry main channels were
promoted and verified in run 37484920993.
