Purpose
Release follow-through for durable-workflow/waterline#149 and durable-workflow/waterline#150.
Select published Waterline 2.3.0 in the stable artifact source. Add English and Ukrainian instructions for
WATERLINE_LOCALE=uk, the English default/fallback, embedded configuration caching and the preserved host locale/API values.Verification
Packagist identifies the public Waterline merge commit
9e466667c7838110dcbafd131dab4c6754a973ec. Image publication passes and anonymous registry reads include both amd64 and arm64. Node 24 confirms the generated Composer selection isdurable-workflow/waterline:2.3.0. Whitespace passes.At
5b268891db85c8b80a02945d1b67cb531e1dd714, documentation qualification, protocol specifications and public boundary all pass. Review confirms the explicit locale/default/fallback/cache instructions agree with the published implementation, and both languages retain the shared section anchor. The published package and image are verified.Merged source is
d0a04c0070fd0791f683a8ab110f57b348cb8cb2, with the same tested tree. Main checks and Pages deployment 37656179666 pass. Live stable selection is 2.3.0. Both English and Ukrainian operator references serve the explicit locale setting and resolved installation command. The remote branch is deleted and Waterline #149 is delivered.
